For those who work in foreign-invested enterprises in encouraged categories, foreign invested advanced technology enterprises, or foreign-invested priduct exporting enterprises, submitting original and copy of Certificate of Authentication issued by the Shanghai Municipal Commission on Commerce; (6) For those who work in Shanghai regions HQ of transnational corporations, research and development centers, investment companies or key contact enterprises of services and trade facilitation; submitting original and copy of ertificate of Authentication issued by the Shanghai Municipal Commission on Commerce; (7) For high level foreign technical personnel, submitting Foreigner's Work Permit with 5 year validity and relevant certificates from competent department; (8) For foreginers who have worked and resided in Shanghai for 2 successive years and without any violation of laws or regulations, submitting original and copy of residential permit and Foreign Work Permit for the last 2 years. Note: 1. For first time application, applicants must have personal appearance. For reapplication, a relative or company representative may apply on your behalf by providing the relevant proofing certificates.
