Led by FILCOMSHA (Filipino Community in Shanghai), "Sayaw, Saya sa Shanghai" promises a fun-filled afternoon filled with food, a parade of Regional Queens from all 17 regions, a Cultural presentation, Filipino bands jamming with a surprise guest, lucky draw and giveaways.
